B : Absolutely. Keeping an eye on your finance is essential to prevent financial stress. It will help you keep from going into unnecessary debt.
A : You are right. I need to keep from making impulsive purchases. By the way, how do you manage to keep off unhealthy snacks and stay fit?
B : It's not easy, but I keep off junk food by not keeping it in my house. That way, I'm less tempted to eat it. I also keep on exercising regularly.
A : That sounds like a good plan. I'll try to keep off  those snacks too and  keep on with my workouts. Thanks for the advice.
