Monday blues

Monday blues typically describe feelings of melancholy or diminished enthusiasm, especially  on first day of workweek, namely Monday. This sentiment often arises as the enjoyable weekend comes to an end, and a new workweek begins. The commonly used to convey the negative emotions associated with returning to work or school in daily life.

● Every Monday morning, I can't seem to shake off the Monday blues as I head back to the office after the weekend.

● The Monday blues hit me hard today, making it challenging to find motivation as I start another  busy workweek.

월요병

월요병은 주로 주중의 첫날, 특히 월요일에 나타나는 우울하거나 의욕이 떨어지는 감정을 나타낸다. 이는 주말의 즐거운 시간이 끝나고 새로운 업무주차가 시작되기 때문일 수 있다. 이 용어는 일상생활에서 업무나 학교로 돌아가는 것에 대한 부정정인 감정을 표현하는데 자주 사용된다.

● 매주 월요일 아침 주말이 끝나고 사무실로 돌아가야 하는데 월요병을 헤쳐나가기 힘들어.
