A : I read about the Los Angeles  Dodgers the other day.
B : Oh, really? What did you learn about them?
A : Well, they're a really old team. They were founded in 1884, which is even older than the Chicago Cubs. They've also won a lot of championships, including six World Seroes titles, 18 National League titles, and seven Western Division titles.
B : That's a lot of winning.
A : Yeah, it is. They were really dominant in the 1950s and 1960s, winning four World Series titles during those times.
B : But they haven't won a World Series since 1988, and they've been in a bit of a slump lately.
A : That's true. But,  it's the team where Ryu Hyun-jin played,  and they still have some good players, like Clayton Kershaw and Walker Buehler, who have won Cy Young Award. And they've got a lot of young talent, too.
B : That's good to hear. I'd love to see them another World Series.
A : Me too.

A : 어제 로스 엔젤스 다저스에 대해 읽었어.
B : 정말? 무슨 내용을 알게 됐어?
A : 일단, 정말 오래된 팀이야. 1884년에 창단되었는데, 시카고 컵스보다 더 오래되었지. 또 많은 우승을 거머쥐었어. 월드 시리즈 6회, 내셔널리그 18회, 서부지구 7회 우승을 차지했어.
B : 그 많은 우승이라니 대단하네.
A : 그래, 그렇지. 듣기 1950년대와 1960년대에 월드 시리즈 우승 4회를 차지하면서 전성기를 맞았지.
B : 근데 1988년 이후로 월드 시리즈 우승을 못했잖아. 요즘은 좀 주춤한 거 같던데.
A : 맞아. 그래도 류현진 선수도 뛰었던 팀이고 싸이 영 어워드 수상자인 클레이튼 커쇼, 워커 뷸러 같은 좋은 선수들이 아직도 있어. 그리고 젊은 유망주들도 많아.
B : 그건 다행이네. 다시 월드시리즈 우승하는 모습을 보고 싶어
A : 나도 그래.
