What are you going to be for Halloween?

Holloween : 고대 켈트인들의 Samhain에서 비롯된 축제로 10월 31일에 열린다.

오래전 아이들 코스튬을 위해 온 시내를 뒤져 딸아이는 마녀로, 아들녀석은 베트맨으로 만들어 등원시켰던 기억이 있다.
우리에게는 낯설기에 신선했던 그러기에 세계적인 축제가 된 할로윈,

설레며 축제를 기다리는 대화를 들어보자.

A : Hey,  did you see that Halloween is coming up soon?
B : Yeah, I know. It's on October 31st, right?
A : That's right! I'm so excited! I love Halloween.
B : Me too. It's a great time to dress up and have fun.
A : What are you going to be for Halloween?
B : I'm not sure yet. I'm thinking about being a zombie.
A : That sounds cool. I'm going to be a witch.
B : That's classic.
A : Do you have any plans for Halloween?
B : I'm going to a party with some friends. What about you?
A : I'm going to a costume party with my family.
B : That sounds like a lot of fun.
A : It is. I can't wait to see everyone 's costumes.
B : Me too.
A : So, what are you going to do after the party?
B : I'm not sure yet. Maybe I'll go trick-or-treating with my younger brother.
A : That sounds like a good time.
B : Yeah, it should be.
A : Well, I should probably get going. I have a lot of stuff to do before Halloween.
B : Okay, see you later.
A : See you later.

A : 할로윈이 코앞이야.
B : 그러게. 10월 31일 맞지?
A : 맞아. 정말 기대돼. 할로윈 넘 좋아하거든.
B : 나도. 멋지게 차려입고 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있는 좋은 기회니까.
A : 할로윈에 뭐로 분장할거야?
B : 아직 결정 못했지만, 좀비가 돼볼까봐.
A : 멋진 생각야. 난 마녀가 되려구.
B : 그것 참 고전적이군.
A : 할로윈에 어떤 계획있어?
B : 친구들과 파티에 가려고. 넌?
A : 가족들과 코스튬파티에 갈거야.
B : 그거 정말 재밌겠다.
A : 맞아. 어서 빨리 모두의 분장을 보고싶어.
B : 나도.
A : 파티 후엔 뭐할거야?
B : 확실친 않지만, 남동생과 사탕얻으러 다닐지 몰라.
A : 좋은 생각이네.
B : 응. 재밌을거야.
A : 그럼, 이만. 할로윈 전에 할 일이 많아.
